Bondcote Roofing

Any of you guys familiar with using Bondcote ? It seams similar membrane to Sarnafil,IB or Flex. We have never used it but may try it out on an upcoming job.

Bondcote is a PVC membrane, yes very similar in nature to most others as you mentioned. Pliable in the cold weather.

It used to be very popular here on the West Coast, but is now in mostly Central and Eastern US markets.

It is a good material, go with at least the 50 mil.

I work for Bondcote as an independent inspector and warranty tech in the NW U.S., and find it very easy to weld and work with.

never heard of it in boston but it sounds like ib.
