Very new to insurance/roof claims and had an owner call me directly late last week. The 82 feet of gutters are installed through the drip edge metal. Wondering what the Xactimate allows for in Florida? …I am going to bid it like any other job I normally do but tear-off/install of 30-year on 8/12 would be a bonus.
