The flat roof is over a sunroom and the membrane is wrapped over and held with termination strips
The sides of the house are getting very dirty ( there are no gutters on 2 sides ) - is this because to my knowledge - there are no drip edges or gravel stops ??
I dont think the pitch of the roof is no longer pitched toward the only side with gutters - is this fixable? and probably why there is rain runoff and another reason why the house is getting dirty…
can you screw drip edges into a flat roofs membrane ?
there currently is a deck that just sits on the membrane, but needs to be replaced - any ideas or is this how a deck is normally installed over a flat roof ??

If it’s EPDM you can probably install metal around the perimeter & then strip it in with 6" cured cover tape.
Make sure you clean good & prime before applying the cover strip.
Hey I think you need a professional care don’t rely on do it yourself, it can cause you lots of mess which later on might take more than actual money it would have taken to redo. Here I did some research for you can contact them if you want. Click here for their official website. You will find their current projects as well as clients responses there.
