Modified bitumen over silicone sealant coated roof

I have a 12-year old modified bitumen flat roof that I coated with Henry 100% silicone sealant. I want to re-roof with a new layer of torch down modified bitumen. What method, primer, product, or base can I use to make the torch down bitumen membrane stick to the old silicone-coated modified bitumen roof. I know asphalt is not compatible with silicone as it will separate over time. However, I wonder if there is a primer that would work. Any help I can get would greatly be appreciated. Thank you so much for your attention and participation.

Why do you want to do that? Can’t you just re coat with silicone?

You need to either recoat it or tear it all off and start from scratch.

Will recoat. Thanks!

Consider vapor vents to keep moisture from condensing in the mod-bit. “Silicone is like herpes”
